A buyer's guide, not a pharmacy
BuyMounjaro UK exists to answer one question well: if you're going to buy Mounjaro in the UK, how do you do it legally, safely, and without paying more than you need to?
Why we built this site
Mounjaro is the same MHRA-licensed pen whichever regulated pharmacy dispenses it — yet on the day we last checked (4 July 2026), the listed price for the identical 2.5 mg starter pen ranged from £145.99 to £229 across the 24 UK providers we track. That's more than £80 a month of difference for the same medicine, and it compounds as your dose steps up. Most buyers never see that spread because nobody shows the whole market in one place. We do.
At the same time, search results are littered with sellers no one should touch: no-prescription websites, social-media resellers and "compounded tirzepatide" operations. Part of our job is pointing you at the regulated routes and being blunt about the rest.
How we work — the checklist
- Regulated providers only. Every provider in our table is a GPhC-registered pharmacy or a CQC-regulated clinic. If we can't verify the registration, the provider doesn't get listed — end of discussion.
- Prices come from provider pages, not press releases. We record the listed four-week pen price for every Mounjaro dose, plus first-order offers and discount codes, and stamp every table with the date it was last checked.
- Ranked by price, always. The table is sorted by ongoing price. No provider can pay to move up it — not our recommended one, not anyone.
- One recommendation, clearly flagged. We recommend The Weight Clinic for first orders because of terms you can verify yourself: refund if the prescriber declines you, monthly video reviews, next-day delivery with needles included, and a competitive price at every dose. The ★ row is labelled so you can ignore it and use the raw price order if you prefer.
- Medical facts stay inside the evidence. Anything we say about how Mounjaro works, trial results or eligibility comes from the licensed product information, NICE guidance and the published trials — not from marketing copy. Where we're not certain, we say so.
How we stay independent
The table order is set by price and only price, and no provider can pay to move up it. Our written recommendations are made on the same basis, whoever the provider. We are editorially independent — nobody outside the site reviews or approves our content before it's published.
What we are not
We do not sell, supply, prescribe or dispense medicines, and we are not medical professionals. Nothing here is medical advice. Whether Mounjaro is right for you is a decision for a prescriber, informed by your GP where possible. If a page on this site ever reads like it's pushing you to take a medicine rather than helping you buy one you've already discussed with a clinician, tell us — that's a bug, not the mission.
