What to send us
- Price corrections. Spotted a price, delivery fee or discount code that doesn't match the provider's site? Send the provider name, the dose, and a link. We re-check against the provider's own page and usually fix same day.
- Provider suggestions. Know a GPhC-registered pharmacy or CQC-regulated clinic selling Mounjaro that we don't track? Send the name and registration number. We only add providers whose registration we can verify — no exceptions, no fees to be listed.
- Stock reports. If a dose is showing out of stock at a provider we list, tell us — it helps us keep the stock guide current for everyone.
- Questions about the site. How we rank, why a provider isn't listed — ask anything. The honest answer is usually already on our about page, but we're happy to expand.
We're not clinicians and we don't handle medical questions — that includes dosing decisions, side effects and whether Mounjaro is right for you. For those, speak to the prescriber at your provider, your GP or a pharmacist. If you think you're having a serious reaction, use NHS 111 (or 999 in an emergency), and report suspected side effects via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.
Response times
Price corrections: usually same day. Everything else: within two working days. If you've emailed about an error and it's still live after 48 hours, nudge us again — we mean it about wanting the table right.
