Privacy policy
Last updated 4 July 2026. The short version: we run a reading site, not a data business. No accounts, no health questionnaires, no selling of personal data — ever.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by BuyMounjaro UK ("we", "us"). For anything privacy-related, email hello@buymounjaro.co.uk. We are the data controller for the limited personal data described below, and we handle it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What we collect — and what we deliberately don't
We collect as little as a website can get away with:
- Nothing you'd call a profile. There are no user accounts, no logins, no newsletters and no forms asking about your weight, BMI, medication or health. We never see your consultation answers — those go directly to the pharmacy you choose, under its own privacy policy.
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept briefly and not used to identify you.
- Aggregate analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-light analytics to count page views and see which guides are useful. We look at totals and trends, not individuals.
- Emails you send us. If you email a price correction or question, we keep the thread for as long as it's useful for running the site, then delete it. Please don't include medical details in emails — we don't need them and would rather not hold them.
3. Cookies and local storage
We set one item of local storage: your light/dark theme preference, stored in your own browser and never transmitted to us. We don't run advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If our analytics tool uses a cookie or identifier, it is used only for aggregate statistics on this site.
4. Outbound links
Links to pharmacy providers may include a referral tag so the provider knows the visit came from us. The tag tells the provider "this click came from BuyMounjaro UK"; it does not give us access to your identity, your order, or anything you tell the pharmacy. Once you're on a provider's site, its privacy policy applies — read it before entering personal or medical information.
5. Who we share data with
Nobody, beyond the processors that keep the site running (hosting and analytics providers acting under contract). We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we have no advertising partners. We'd disclose data if the law genuinely required it — that's the only other case.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Given how little we collect, the answer will usually be "an email thread, if that". Requests to hello@buymounjaro.co.uk — we respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Changes to this policy
If we ever change what we collect — for example, adding a newsletter — we'll update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect. No silent edits.
